Starbucks’ secret menu pretty sweet

The Colt staff taste-tested drinks from Starbucks’ secret menu; most received praise but one fell flat.
Everyone has likely heard about Starbucks’ “secret menu”, but most people have yet to try many of the items. The Colt staff decided to put some of the secret menu frappuccinos to the test to see if they’re really worth your cash.
Candy Cane
- vanilla bean frappuccino
- 1 pump peppermint syrup*
“Oh my, that tastes heavenly.”- Declan Quinn, sophomore

Cotton Candy
- vanilla bean frappuccino
- 1 pump raspberry syrup*

Red Velvet Cake
- half white mocha/half regular mocha frappuccino
- 1 pump raspberry syrup*
“This kind of tastes like watered down chocolate milk.”- Lillie Holmes, sophomore

S’mores
- double chocolate chip frappuccino (or java chip)
- 1 pump cinnamon dolce syrup*
- 1 pump toffee nut syrup*
- top with cinnamon dolce sprinkles
